A company that sticks by, on what was sold to you even with new owners, GREAT company great new owners. The gas between the windows made white bubbles and eight years later they replaced with no BS. Started with Joanna keeping me abreast on everything, that she ordered the new glass with the original company and that it would be in July 9th and she would set up a time to have it installed the two guys that came out today to install the glass for this pocket slider was Cory and Anthony. They are Aces. The company is terrific they did a full warranty, did not argue or try to hit me labor or service charge. I have other houses and if they need windows I will definitely use Window World of Sarasota. Kudos to the new owners! The employees are happy and like me customers are going to be very happy. The installers came in, they were here early but not too early, they took out our old sliding door and that was out in no time. They put in our new door. And the job was well done and the doors are beautiful. The whole process was very easy and we believe that the company prices very good quality merchandise at an affordable price.

Just wanted to share what an outstanding experience I have had with Window World. Hurricane and high quality windows at the best price in town. Installation process took a bit longer than expected but that was due to customization and popularity of their windows. They offer 0% interest payments option through Wells Fargo Bank. Minor glitches were fixed professionally and in timely manner. If you are looking for new hurricane windows give them a call.
