We got 10 vinyl impact windows installed and we couldn’t be happier! The salesperson was friend and professional and the install team did a fantastic job! They were quick, friendly, and kept everything very clean while they were there

Replaced our +20 yr old single pane windows with Window World’s high impact resistant windows rated at the most demanding HVHZ level required in coastal South Florida. These are incredibly well built, solid windows. We went with single hung so we could clean them more easily, since they will swing in. WW met a competitor’s price for PGT windows and I like the design of WW’s better. Installation was clean and efficient. Two windows has minor mfgring flaws and WW replaced them readily. Great service and communication. The sound dampening and extremely low heat transfer make these windows worth it alone.

All in All Window World did a Good Job. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the few items that weren’t finished right away but were finished given time and in our case, about 4 weeks total. Don’t get me wrong, I liked the crews involved, including Steve and his crew, Cory is a top notch fixer and I think it was Mike but forgive me if it wasn’t but he came last and that was it.
Great value and service!

Window World Sarasota installed my new hurricane impact windows and a sliding glass door. Their staff is professional and courteous. Seth (design consultant), Isabelle (permitting) and Joanna (service scheduling) were all very helpful and easy to work with.
I want to say one more important thing. A special shoutout to Cory is in order. I believe that Cory is the heart of the company. He’s not only very skilled and knowledgeable, but he cares about the finished product and making sure it’s done right. He’s the best!!!

Are overall experience was very good. It took longer to get the windows in than expected. Part of the problem was the County's permit seem to take forever: Not Window World's problem. The installation was quick, and professionally done. Overall, a very excellent experience.

I replaced 11 impact resistant windows and 3 exterior doors. Window World of Sarasota had the best prices, and the service was excellent. Choosing the best window options was easy, and the installation by Steven and his crew was exceptional. The new windows and doors look beautiful and really improve the appearance of my home.

window world installed new windows in my home right before hurrican Ian. The windows performed beautifully, recently I had a service tech come out to help me with a few issues. He resolved all my issues quickly and professionally in a very short time. Excellent product, excellent customer service long after the sale. Highly recommend

Had 1 window that developed fog due to broken seal. It was under warranty. They ordered a new one from original order in office and delivered and installed in a co uple of months. I was happy with original price and installation and repair under warranty.

Our second experience with Window World was as good as the first. We had twenty-seven year old windows and doors replaced with hurricane impact products. The installers were professional and completed the job on schedule. Not only do we now have increased protection from storm damage, we also have a more attractive looking home.
